Poland demanded an increase in Western aid to Ukraine

پولند خواستار افزایش کمک‌های بیشتر غرب به اوکراین شد

Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski called on Warsaw’s Western allies to increase their aid to Ukraine to prevent the war from spreading to Europe’s borders.

Sikorsky asked Mike Johnson, the Republican Speaker of the US House of Representatives, to prepare the ground for voting for the approval of a bill of 60 billion dollars of this country’s military aid to Kiev.

He said these words at the Atlantic Council think tank in Washington.

Poland’s new foreign minister added: “We need to take these measures not to escalate the war in Ukraine, but to prevent a larger global conflict that is now moving ever closer to our borders.”

These statements are expressed after the defeat of the Ukrainian army in the eastern front of this country.
