North Korea sent more than six thousand ammunition containers to Russia
South Korean Defense Minister Shin Won-sik says that North Korea has sent about 6,700 containers of military equipment to Russia.
Reuters quoted Von Sik as reporting that probably more than three million 152mm rounds and about 500,000 122mm rounds were transported to Russia by these containers.
Based on this report, North Korea has sent these ammunitions to Russia since last July to support the war against Ukraine.
According to reports, hundreds of munitions factories in North Korea have allocated only 30% of their capacity to produce weapons for Russia due to the lack of materials and electricity.
