The Biden administration accused Trump of not having a plan to withdraw from Afghanistan

The US State Department has accused Donald Trump’s administration of irregularities in the entire process of withdrawing US troops from Afghanistan.

Vedant Patel, the deputy spokesperson of the US State Department, has stated that the Trump administration had no plans to evacuate American citizens and their Afghan colleagues.

Mr. Patel considered America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan as a correct decision and emphasized that this decision has strengthened the United States.

He added that it should be remembered that President Biden decided to end this war and emphasizes that this decision has made the American nation stronger.

The 20-year presence of American forces and their allies in Afghanistan ended on August 20, 2021, with the withdrawal of the last American soldier from Afghanistan.

According to reports, this war cost America two trillion dollars and 2,460 American soldiers were killed in this war and more than 21,000 others were wounded.
