Arrest of three assaulted girls and their brother by the Taliban

Following the arrests of activists and petitioners for the rights of women and girls, in their latest action, the Taliban have arrested three protesting girls and their brother.

According to sources, these four people were arrested from their house in Dasht Barchi area of Kabul city.

Azadeh, Nadia and Elaha, along with their brother Yahya Rezaei, are among those arrested in this incident.

Sources have stated that Nadia and Elaha are still minors.

Confirming their arrest, the family members of these four people say that their whereabouts are still unknown.

The exact reason for these arrests by the Taliban is not yet clear, and the group has not yet provided any explanation.

This incident is one of the recent arrests of protesting girls by the Taliban in different parts of the country.

Before this, the Taliban had arrested many girls due to protests against their policies.
