Taliban’s request to China to start the practical mining of Aynak copper mine
In a meeting with the officials of Aynak copper contract company, the Acting Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of the Taliban once again emphasized the practical start of this project.
According to Kabul media reports, on Friday 10 Hamal, Shahabuddin Delawar, the Taliban’s Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, in a meeting with Mr. Sang, the head of Aynak Copper Contract Company, demanded to speed up the work process of the Aynak Copper Project and start its practical work in the near future.
It is said that in this meeting, the two sides discussed the issues related to the Aynak copper project and the head of the contracting company also provided information about the recent developments and future plans of the company in the field of starting the practical work of the project.
Studies show that Aynak copper mine reserves are more than thirteen million tons.
