Russia’s request to Ukraine to arrest the head of Ukrainian security and the perpetrators of the attack on the concert hall
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has asked Ukraine to arrest the perpetrators of terrorist attacks at the Crocus concert and the head of the Ukrainian Security Service.
The ministry claims that it submitted these requests within the framework of international conventions against terrorism.
Russia wants Ukraine to hand over the head of Ukraine’s Security Service, Vasiliy Malyuk, the head of Ukraine’s Security Service, on March 25, admitted to organizing the Ukrainian bombing of the Crimean bridge in October 2022.
Alexander Bortnikov, head of Russia’s Federal Security Service, said earlier that the detainees’ initial confessions confirmed Ukraine’s involvement in the attack.
