Consortium of aid agencies on the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan say that due to the changes in the situation in the two neighboring countries,
it is possible that hundreds of thousands of Afghan returnees from Pakistan will need humanitarian assistance at the border points by July this year.
The consortium said in a report yesterday that 720,000 undocumented migrants and 50,000 card holders (POR) will be among the needy.
