Recent reports indicate that the Russian army continues its attacks in urban areas throughout Ukraine, especially in the eastern and southern parts of the country.

Also, Andriy Kastin, the Ukrainian military commander, has announced that an Iskander ballistic missile with a cluster warhead hit the southern province of Odessa the day before, killing five people.

Russian forces are also continuing their efforts to advance into Ukrainian territory and are attacking the city of Chasiv Yar, a Ukrainian base in eastern Donetsk province.

Meanwhile, a report from the New York Times, citing Ukrainian officials, says that 25,000 Russian soldiers are involved in this operation.

The report states that if Russian forces capture the city, which is located on strategic heights, a key supply point for Ukrainian forces will be “in Moscow’s direct line of fire.

“In general, this report states that if the aid of Western countries does not reach the battlefield quickly, Zelenskiy’s soldiers will not be able to stop Russia’s advance on the territory of Ukraine, and it is not yet clear when the Western aid will arrive in this country.
