Voters Fear Trump Won’t Accept Defeat, New Survey Reveals

نظرسنجی جدید: نگرانی رای‌دهندگان از عدم پذیرش شکست توسط ترامپ

A new survey by George Mason University and The Washington Post reveals that voters in seven key U.S. states believe Donald Trump will reject election results if defeated next week. The poll, conducted in early October, sampled over 5,000 voters across crucial swing states including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and others.

Approximately 57% of respondents expressed concern about potential violence from Trump supporters following a defeat. Notably, two-thirds believe Trump would contest Harris’s victory, while only 31% worried about violence from Harris supporters in case of her defeat.

The findings highlight a stark contrast between the candidates’ approaches to election integrity. While Harris has expressed confidence in the electoral process, Trump has made unsubstantiated claims about fraud, stating he would only lose through cheating, raising concerns about a repeat of the 2020 post-election violence.
