Speaking at a defense summit in Moscow, Taalatbek Masadykov highlighted the severe humanitarian risks associated with expanding regional wars. He emphasized that an uncontrollable influx of refugees would pose immense challenges to the security and stability of the Caucasus and Central Asia.
The CSTO has consistently raised alarms regarding security threats originating from unstable neighboring regions.
