Former President Hamid Karzai commemorated the anniversary of Ahmad Shah Massoud’s assassination, describing him as a heroic mujahid and patriot.
Karzai said Massoud deserves respect for his jihad, efforts for homeland freedom, and closeness to the people. He also called for honoring all Afghans who have lost their lives.
