Karisma Kapoor’s children have approached Delhi High Court seeking their rightful share in late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s approximately Rs 30,000 crore estate.
The siblings allege that their stepmother Priya Kapur forged their father’s will to gain complete control over his assets.
Sunjay Kapur, the 53-year-old businessman, died of cardiac arrest on June 12, 2025, while playing polo in Windsor, UK.
His children Samaira and Kiaan, from his marriage with Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor, have filed a civil suit seeking partition of the estate, account rendition, and permanent injunction against defendants.
Delhi High Court has directed Priya Kapur to disclose all movable and immovable assets within three weeks.
Priya’s lawyer claimed that Karisma’s children already received assets worth Rs 1,900 crore, but the children’s counsel disputed this claim, questioning their exclusion from the will as the most suspicious aspect.
