Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt announced his first restaurant “Solaire” at Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
The restaurant will be located at Grand Hyatt and will serve Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
Dutt shared a video on Instagram on September 9th, writing: “I’ve eaten around the world, now it’s my turn to plate it”.
The restaurant features luxurious interiors with soft golden lighting and plush seating.
The project is being developed in partnership with food entrepreneurs Ishaan Varma and Amit Lakhyani. The restaurant will also feature a bar specializing in world-class cocktails.
