They say they waited until 10 AM for the Taliban chief while visitors had entered the hall at 7 AM.
Visitors explain that people have come from provinces but were forced to wait for hours.
The reason for this delay is that the chief has exclusive authority, and until he signs, the next steps cannot continue.
This administration doesn’t even have a suitable place for visitors, and they must wait in the corridor.
This comes as Kabul residents complain about the Taliban group’s lack of quality control over food items, saying some sellers are selling expired food products.
