Taliban police command in Daykundi province announced that a traffic accident in Nili district resulted in the death of a 19-year-old girl and injured five others.
The incident occurred on Friday in the province.
According to the report, a Toyota Corolla traveling from Sarkh-e-Nahoor village toward Ghadar village veered off the road and overturned.
The accident injured three women and two men, including the driver of the vehicle.
The Taliban stated that the health condition of two injured individuals is reported as critical, and all victims were transported to the hospital with help from local residents.
Driver negligence has been cited as the main cause of this accident.
