Unknown individuals claiming to be employees of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs have forced staff of local and foreign organizations to pay exorbitant fees. This newly arrived delegation has invalidated all prior medical examinations conducted at the hospital.
Even healthcare workers have been compelled to retake blood tests and pay the new fees. Local residents consider this move unlawful and view it merely as an extortion scheme that significantly increases economic pressure on the community.
