The Taliban administration has signed a forty-six million dollar contract with an Indian international company. This significant agreement aims to build and equip modern laboratory complexes across various Afghan borders.

The five-year contract will establish standardized testing facilities at the center and nine major ports. These laboratories will test construction materials, electrical equipment, textiles, and other imported commercial goods.

Officials from the Taliban administration stated that the contracting company will also provide foreign experts to train local Afghan staff. This development occurs as frequent border closures with Pakistan continue to disrupt trade.
