Local sources have confirmed that following an explosion in the Abdullah Khel valley of Panjshir province, Taliban government forces arrested five local residents. Among those detained are three school teachers, and the entire area remains heavily militarized today.
The explosion targeted a military vehicle on Monday evening in the Manjanesto village. The Green Trend movement claimed responsibility for the attack, stating it was a direct retaliation for the previous killing of their two members by the current administration.
According to the resistance group, the targeted vehicle was completely destroyed and multiple security personnel were impacted. Official representatives of the Taliban government have not yet released any public statement regarding the blast or the subsequent arrests.
