The Ministry of Justice of the Taliban government has officially announced that over 532 acres of land in the Ghaibi Baba township have been classified as state property. The ministry reached this conclusion after a comprehensive document review.
The special court dedicated to resolving usurped land cases examined documents for more than a thousand acres in the township before reclaiming a significant portion. This specific area is currently heavily utilized as a residential neighborhood by local citizens.
These disputed lands are strategically located in the seventeenth district of Kabul city, along the main northern highway. Ownership of this Afghan state property has now been transferred to the land recovery commission for further legal processing.
