The International Human Rights Foundation has reported that at least forty eight civilians were injured during recent attacks in Kunar province. The organization stated that Pakistani military forces targeted residential areas and educational institutions.
According to local reports, dozens of people have been wounded and several others have lost their lives in these strikes. Women, children, and university students are among the victims, sparking widespread concern and fear among local residents.
The Taliban government also confirmed that four civilians died and seventy others were injured. Human rights advocates are urgently calling for an immediate end to these cross border attacks and demanding strict protection for civilians and educational centers.
