In a statement dated August 5, 2026, the front said one intelligence member was killed in Spin Boldak district and another in Kandahar city. The Taliban government has not commented on the claim.
The United Front announced last week the start of armed operations against the Taliban in the Kandahar area, vowing to continue fighting until Afghanistan is freed from Taliban rule.
