Taliban security command in Zabul reported finding the body of a young man named Abdul Hakim in Shahr Safa district. He had gone missing about three weeks ago.
Abdul Hakim was originally from Kandahar and ran a pharmacy in Zabul. Taliban forces have arrested three suspects in connection with the case.
