The Shia High Commission in Afghanistan announced that its office in Kabul has reopened to the public after a one-day siege.
Ministry of Justice forces of the Taliban government had surrounded the office yesterday, but the siege ended after intervention by the group’s intelligence forces.
The commission has not yet explained the reason behind the siege. Some former parliamentarians and Shia and Hazara clerics are members of the commission. #Shia\_Commission #Kabul #Taliban\_Government 🌍
