Stephane Dujarric, the spokesman of Antonio Guterres, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, has announced that Mr. Guterres will host a follow-up meeting of special representatives of countries and regional organizations in Doha, Qatar, on February 18 and 19. He said in a press conference on Wednesday (Apr 4) that the purpose of holding this meeting is to discuss how to approach increasing international participation about Afghanistan in a coherent, coordinated and structured manner, taking into account the recommendations of an independent evaluation about this country.
