National Resistance Front Claims Killing Taliban Fighters in Farah and Herat
The National Resistance Front (NRF) has claimed responsibility for an attack against Taliban fighters in Farah province. According to their Wednesday statement, the operation took place on the highway in the Farah Rod area, resulting in the deaths of two Taliban fighters.
In a separate incident, the NRF claimed responsibility for killing three Taliban fighters in Herat province the previous night. These attacks demonstrate an escalation in anti-Taliban operations across different provinces.
Meanwhile, the Freedom Front reported engaging in a 30-minute battle with Taliban fighters in Laghman province, resulting in one Taliban casualty and two injuries.
