Firefighters took nearly four hours to control the fire, finally extinguishing it around 9:30 PM. Six Tesla vehicles positioned closest to the front of the truck sustained the most damage, while the rear cars were less affected.
Tesla’s Vice President of Supply Chain, Roshan Thomas, clarified that the fire originated from the third-party logistics semi-truck, not from the Tesla cars themselves.
He posted on X that the driver was safe and no injuries were reported in the incident.
