Amrullah Saleh, First Vice President of President Ashraf Ghani, commemorated the memory of Ahmad Shah Massoud in a post on social media platform X on the occasion of September 9th.
In this message, he described Massoud as a national hero leader and a personality with unique characteristics in various dimensions.
Saleh continued his message by asking God to shorten the hands of opportunists from the scope of honor and historical dignity of this sun-like personality.
He also mentioned that for those who had the honor of working under Massoud’s command, he was the commander-in-chief.
The First Vice President emphasized at the end of his message that history had only one commander-in-chief, and that was Ahmad Shah Massoud.
This message was published while September 9th coincides with the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Afghan resistance leader.
