Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s film “Thamma” is releasing on October 21st during Diwali.
This is the fifth installment in Maddock Films’ horror-comedy universe, following the success of “Stree 2”.
The film’s advance booking is strong, and trade experts believe it could earn over 13 crores on its opening day.
If this happens, it will push “Bhediya” out of the top five and could even surpass “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2”.
This marks Ayushmann’s first fantasy film where he plays a Betaal character.
The movie focuses less on horror and more on comedy, romance, and action.
Releasing during Diwali, this film is expected to become Ayushmann’s biggest opener to date.
