They argued that the current situation in Afghanistan provides ideological and logistical support for proxy groups, endangering religious and cultural diversity across borders.
The explosion at the Khadija al-Kubra mosque, which caused significant casualties, has drawn widespread criticism. Pakistani politicians have also voiced concerns about the resurgence of terror groups, linking the deteriorating security to failed policies regarding the Taliban and regional stability.
