Published images from the Eid prayers at Spidar Palace show that Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Taliban's Foreign Minister, and several diplomats from Islamic countries prayed at this palace. Abdul Kabir had previously held Eid prayers at Spidar Palace instead of the Arg several times.
Abdul Kabir in his speech, referring to recent Pakistani attacks, said no one will be allowed to violate Afghanistan's national sovereignty or interfere in the country's internal affairs. This Taliban official condemned Pakistan's attacks.
