Local officials of the Taliban government in Khost province confirmed that four members of a single family died following the collapse of their house's roof. This tragic incident occurred in the Maneh village of the Bak district.
According to reports, a man, his wife, and two of their young children were the victims of this unfortunate accident. Another eight-year-old child from the family sustained injuries and was promptly transferred to a hospital for immediate medical treatment.
Security forces were dispatched to the scene, and preliminary investigations indicate that natural causes and building decay led to the collapse. The affected family originally hailed from Paktia province but had been residing in Khost province for some time.
