The United States Department of State announced a reward of up to 20 million dollars for actionable information regarding Iran's nuclear program, equipment, associated personnel, and technological infrastructure.
According to an official notice issued by the Rewards for Justice program under the State Department, Washington is actively seeking detailed intelligence on scientists, operational staff, and entities tied to Tehran's nuclear capabilities.
The official statement confirmed that individuals providing verifiable intelligence may qualify for the cash reward along with relocation options to secure locations to safeguard their personal safety.
The Department reiterated that the United States remains firmly committed to preventing Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon through all intelligence, economic, and strategic measures.
The announcement comes as US President Donald Trump monitors potential military strike options targeting Iranian nuclear sites while concurrent diplomatic discussions with Tehran proceed.
Trump emphasized on Friday that Iran will not be permitted to develop atomic weapons, referring back to previous US military operations in the wider Middle East.
