Dan Scavino, White House Deputy Chief of Staff and close aide to Donald Trump, proposed to his girlfriend Erin M. Elmore on the White House grounds with a massive diamond ring.
The 49-year-old official, who has been working with Trump since 2015, surprised Elmore during a romantic moment captured on Instagramino, who divorced his first wife Jennifer seven years ago, shared the proposal video showing Elmore’s shocked and delighted reaction.
Elmore, who serves as director of art in embassies at the State Department, accepted the proposal after being completely surprised by the gesture engagement comes as Scavino recently took over as director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office in August 2025.
The State University of New York graduate is considered one of Trump’s most trusted and longest-serving advisors, having joined the 2016 presidential campaign.
