The Supreme Commission for Prevention of Land Usurpation reviewed the case of Noabad township lands in Ghazni and confirmed them as state property based on Article 17 of the commission’s law.

The specialized court confirmed the lands as state property after examining evidence, documents, property records, and obtaining information from relevant departments.

The Taliban group has confirmed and confiscated thousands of acres of land in various parts of the country as state property during more than four years of rule over Afghanistan.

Critics say that in many cases, this group confiscates people’s and traders’ lands under the pretext of state land.
