Pakistani media outlets have reported that three attackers were killed following an armed assault on a security outpost in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The intense clash occurred in the Bajaur district, leaving several other individuals wounded.
According to local reports, unidentified armed men attempted to storm the security installation but were met with a swift counter-response. After three of the assailants were neutralized, the remaining injured attackers managed to flee the immediate area.
Pakistani security forces have since cordoned off the region and launched a massive search operation to apprehend the escaped individuals. Local authorities state that the situation is now fully under control and an active investigation is underway.
