The Afghanistan Freedom Front announced on Friday that its forces attacked the Taliban intelligence chief's base in District 6 of Jalalabad city, killing two Taliban members and wounding one other. The attack took place on Thursday evening.

The Freedom Front also announced on Friday that its forces targeted Kabul's military airport with rocket attacks. Anti-Taliban fronts have recently been escalating their operations across Afghanistan.
