Taliban forces surrounded the Khatam al-Nabiyyin seminary in Kabul's Darul Aman area on Saturday, September 5, and ordered staff and students to evacuate.
The operation was reportedly ordered by the Taliban's Justice Minister, marking another move against Shia religious institutions.
