The Taliban police spokesperson in Takhar announced that four people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Naqibullah, a money changer in Taloqan city.
Naqibullah was shot and killed in Taloqan about two months ago. The arrested individuals have confessed to killing him for four thousand dollars.
