Taliban Arrests Man for Selling One-Year-Old Daughter in Nangarhar

Taliban authorities in Nangarhar province say they have arrested a man for selling his one-year-old daughter in the province.

According to the Taliban, the man sold his daughter for 15,000 Afghani in Kabul city.
