Amir Khan Motaghi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, in a meeting with JP Seng, India’s special representative for Afghanistan, requested to facilitate the issuance of business, health and education visas.Motaghi thanked India for humanitarian assistance and said that their government, based on its balanced foreign policy, wants to strengthen political and economic relations with India as an important country in the region.It should be mentioned that till now the Indian Embassy in Kabul has not fully resumed its activities and has not started issuing visas to Afghan citizens.Afghan authorities have repeatedly asked India to facilitate the process of issuing visas to Afghan citizens.
