Israel was on alert for Iran’s possible response
The Israeli media reported on the country’s military readiness for a possible reaction of the Islamic Republic to the attack on its consulate in Syria and announced that the coming days will be critical for this country.
Security measures were increased in Israeli diplomatic missions.

In his first speech after the attack on the Islamic Republic’s consulate in Damascus, Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said on Sunday that Israel “will be slapped with this action.
“Iran’s military and government officials, including Ebrahim Raisi, have all warned that the Islamic Republic will respond to this Israeli attack, but they did not give details about how and when.
With the increase of these threats, Israeli media have announced the call-up of the country’s air force reserve forces.
Israel’s Channel 12 pointed out that Israel is on alert for Iran’s possible response to the attack on the Islamic Republic’s consulate in Syria.
