Increasing military tensions between Iran and Israel

Following the increase in military tensions between Iran and Israel, Austrian Airlines has decided to suspend its flights to Tehran until April 18.The reason for this decision is to protect the safety of passengers and crew.

Also, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Austria has asked its citizens to leave Iran. This action is in line with similar recommendations from the German government, which asked its citizens to leave Iran.

The German airline company Lufthansa also announced before this that it will suspend its flights to Tehran.

Austria Airlines, the last Western European airline that flies to Iran, has emphasized in its announcement that the flight routes that pass through Iranian airspace will also be modified.

With the increase in tensions between Israel and Iran, reports from international media have been published that, according to American officials, Israel is preparing for the worst possible scenario.

These reports point to the possibility of Iranian retaliatory attacks, which could lead to the firing of drones and missiles at military targets inside Israel.
