Actress Zareen Khan has defended Ibrahim Ali Khan after his debut film “Nadaaniyan” received harsh criticism.

She called the film “frivolous” and argued that no actor could showcase their talent in such a poorly conceived project.

Zareen praised Ibrahim’s physical fitness and acknowledged his hard work despite the film’s failure.

She explained that sometimes weak projects can overshadow genuine performances. “Nadaaniyan was a very frivolous film.

What could anyone even do in that? How much acting can you really showcase in such a film?” she stated.

Zareen suggested that Ibrahim needs better directors and stronger scripts to prove his capabilities, expressing optimism about his upcoming film “Sarzameen.”
Drawing from her own experience, Zareen reflected on debuting with superstar Salman Khan in “Veer” but struggling afterward due to lack of institutional support.

She emphasized how having powerful backing like Karan Johar makes a significant difference in Bollywood careers, highlighting the ongoing nepotism debate in the industry.
