The cast of Aryan Khan’s directorial debut “The Ba***ds of Bollywood” has finally revealed the mystery behind the asterisks in the title.
Raghav Juyal explained that the stylized asterisks were primarily an aesthetic choice to pair “Bads” with “Bollywood” in a visually appealing way.
Lakshya, who plays the lead role, suggested that the series’ essence is so complex it defies simple explanation.
He emphasized that viewers would only understand the title’s significance after experiencing Aryan’s unconventional narrative world. Bobby Deol compared it to his film “Gupt,” noting how titles often acquire meaning as stories unfold.
The Netflix series, which premiered on September 18, features high-profile cameos from Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan.
Backed by Red Chillies Entertainment, it has already positioned itself as one of the year’s most anticipated releases with its mysterious marketing approach.
