Bollywood star Kajol revealed she never wanted to enter films after witnessing her mother Tanuja’s struggles in the industry.
She shared that her mother worked 24/7 but didn’t receive even half the payment she deserved
In a recent interview, Kajol explained: “When I was growing up, I realized that she struggled a lot.
She would work from seven in the morning till late at night, sometimes coming home only to bathe and head back to set” She added that nobody could pay her enough to endure such hardships.
The actress also discussed her professional boundaries, stating she refuses to perform scenes involving molestation or rape.
Kajol emphasized that witnessing her mother’s resilience taught her to value work-life balance over fame and success, shaping her approach to choosing film projects today.
