Informed sources told media that Pakistan and the Taliban group are preparing for the second round of negotiations in Turkey.
Based on details provided by sources, this time the negotiations will be more focused at the technical team level after Pakistan’s Defense Minister called the content of the Taliban-Pakistan agreement confidential, some Afghan politicians and citizens criticized this matter, saying that the Afghan people have the right to be fully informed about the content of this agreement.
Earlier, the Taliban’s Defense Minister had said that following their talks with Pakistan in Doha, both sides agreed to a permanent ceasefire and creating a structure to strengthen relations.
This structure will operate under the supervision of Turkey and Qatar through technical committees.
