Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, leader of Hizb-e-Islami, criticized Pakistan in an open letter to its parliament, questioning why they remain silent against potential war between two Islamic countries.
He wrote that the Taliban have not trained any anti-Pakistan groups in Afghanistan, but India did this with American guidance and support.
Hekmatyar asked Pakistan why they blame Afghans for Baloch militants and TTP, while during the past twenty years of war, America allowed India to train anti-Pakistan groups.
He reminded that Pakistan became a nuclear Islamic country due to Afghan jihad, and without the sacrifice of Afghan mujahideen, Pakistan would also be under Moscow’s feet today.
Hekmatyar criticized Pakistan for forgetting past days and slogans, and for using the term “ungrateful” for Afghans.
He stated that Pakistan’s cooperation with America during the US invasion of Afghanistan through land and air was the cause of Pakistan’s current situation, yet they forget all sacrifices and forcibly expel Afghans from the country.
