Unknown individuals killed a Taliban member named Maulvi Hamed in Bakhtiar village of Deh Sabz district in Kabul and severed his head from his body.
This incident occurred on Tuesday, October 28th.
Taliban authorities have not yet reacted to this matter.
This comes as violence has recently increased, and some time ago, a man also beheaded a Taliban member in Ghazni province.
The Taliban group has repeatedly used violence, humiliation and insults against citizens during their four years of rule, showing no respect for people, which is said to be the main motive behind such killings.
