Rahmatullah Nabil, former head of Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security, expressed sincere condolences to families of victims affected by the devastating earthquake in Balkh and Samangan provinces
Mr. Nabil posted on social media platform X, stating he shares deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy with the families of martyrs and those affected by the disaster.
He prayed for eternal peace and paradise for the deceased night’s earthquake in northern Afghanistan killed approximately 20 people and injured over 300 others.
Nabil wished speedy recovery for the wounded and patience and comfort for the survivors.
