Saudi Arabia plans to open three new stores selling alcoholic beverages as it continues easing restrictions.

One store will be located inside the Aramco oil company camp in Dhahran, serving non-Muslim employees.

Reuters reported that another store will open in the port city of Jeddah exclusively for diplomats.

This move is part of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s efforts to open up the country.

The new stores in eastern Dhahran and Jeddah mark a significant milestone in Saudi Arabia’s social and economic reforms, reflecting the kingdom’s shifting global stance.
